Fabulous restaurant. 5 stars across the board, one of the best I’ve ever been to and keep returning for that very reason. It is fine dining with a home cooking feel. Top ingredients and beautifully thought out menu. Worth the drive and every dollar spent. I wish I could eat here more often! Luckily I am 5 hours away and a 2nd home owner in Mammoth Lakes so I get to visit frequently. The staff and location are also perfection. We’ve even had a party for 30 in the back room and used party buses to get here, one of the best ideas we’ve had! I hope they stick around until I have grandchildren and beyond! Get the escargo! Chefs kiss muah!

Such a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, and while we were eating there was deer in the parking lot. It just made the whole dinner!!!

Amazing location with really great food. Very friendly and attentive staff. With each visit I'm reminded how delightful it was to have enjoyed dinner there. Lovely sunset on the last visit, complete with deer arriving to peer in the window and we were enjoying our starters. Meals were great, and the Creme Brule for dessert was just right! Looking forward to the next visit!

One of our best meals in the Mammoth area. Only downfall is that the restaurant is it not being located on the lake or even with a view. Otherwise the Beef Wellington was stellar and no better way to finish off a meal than with their table side flambe Bananas Foster. Service is very attentive and ambiance warm and cozy.

The kind of restaurant where the full ratings are well earned. From the appetizers to the entrees, the tastes and views are equally immense and well posited. Now, if duck, escargot, and lamb being ordered by the hoity toity makes you giggle, don’t worry, the other half of California culture is there to solidly drown you out - meaning, this place is a fancy destination and well, one must be prepared to find “fancy” people in such a Cali place. The staff and management and everything else seemed down to earth and we all felt right equally at home! The appetizers were fresh and reasonable for just about any of us, most likely! Cheers!

Second time visiting this restaurant for an anniversary. So good both times. Started the meal by sharing a caesar salad. They split it for us and highly recommend it. Hubby had the filet and I had the scallops. Both were excellent. Our waiter recommended a delicious bottle of wine to go with our meal which was perfect. Ended our exceptional meal with the creme brulee. Did not disappoint. Will definitively be back next ski trip.

We found gold in the High Sierras! Friends have recommended we take a slight detour to The Restaurant at Convict Lake on our way up to our annual fish trip in the Sierras. We finally did and we regret not doing it sooner! Five minutes off Route US395 near the Mammoth Airport, to the most delicious culinary experience! The Roasted Duck was fantastic and the Beef Wellington was superb. Having traveled all over the world, we have dined in some of the nicest restaurants. This place is worth its weight in gold!

Fabulous, fine-dining vibes. Perfect for date night or a fancy family dinner. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. Highly recommend.
